Precision bending. Parts that fit first time.
We bend sheet metal to exact angles with CNC press brake precision. From simple 90-degree folds to complex multi-bend profiles, our equipment and operators deliver consistent, accurate results across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium – built to work and built to last.

Our CNC metal bending service delivers consistent, repeatable forming across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Using programmed press brake technology, we control bend angles, radii, and dimensions to ensure parts fit first time. Accuracy at this stage protects everything that comes after – fabrication, assembly, and installation. We work from approved drawings or developed flat patterns, ensuring each component performs exactly as intended. Whether it’s a single development piece or an ongoing production run, the approach stays the same: controlled, measured, accountable.
- CNC press brake bending — Programmable accuracy for complex bend sequences
- Box and pan folding — Enclosures, trays, and chassis formation
- Multi-stage bending — Complex profiles with multiple bends
- Hemming and seaming — Folded edges for strength and safety
- Acute and obtuse angles — Beyond standard 90-degree bends
- Small batch and prototype — Low-volume precision bending
- Production runs — Consistent results across high quantities
- Bend development — Calculating flat patterns and bend allowances.

Drawings, material grades, bend allowances, and tolerances are reviewed before programming begins. We confirm feasibility and identify any adjustments required to achieve the specified outcome.
Bend sequences are programmed into our CNC press brakes to control angle and repeatability. Tooling is selected to suit material type and thickness, ensuring consistency across every part.
Material is bent in controlled stages, with angle checks and dimensional verification carried out throughout the run. We monitor accuracy during production, not just at the end.
Finished components are inspected against drawings and tolerances. Where required, documentation supports traceability and batch consistency before parts move to the next stage.

CNC bending delivers repeatability that manual forming simply can't match. When you need 50 brackets with identical 47.5-degree angles, CNC programming ensures the last part works exactly like the first. There's no operator fatigue affecting the last pieces in a batch, no gradual drift in dimensions. We can produce complex bend sequences that would be extremely difficult manually, with tight inside radii and multiple directional bends in a single component. For businesses running lean operations, CNC bending reduces the risk of costly rework or rejected batches. You get components that meet specification consistently, whether you order 10 or 10,000.
Your bending questions, answered
Specifying metalwork isn't always straightforward. Here are the questions we hear most often — and the honest answers.
We run AMADA and Coast One press brakes with up to 3-metre bed lengths and 100-tonne capacity. That covers the majority of commercial and industrial bending work across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. If your project involves unusual profiles or thicknesses, send us the spec and we'll confirm it before you go any further.
Yes. CNC programming means we can run multi-bend sequences with tight tolerances and consistent results across a full batch. Our operators set up and prove each programme before production starts, so bend angles, radii, and dimensions are locked in — not left to judgement on the shop floor.
That's the point of CNC. Once a programme is set and proven, every part comes off the press brake identical to the last. We verify against the spec at intervals throughout the run, not just on the first and last piece. For projects where you need full dimensional records, we'll provide them.
