The origins of JGB Engineering
A family-run business for 3 generations, JGB Engineering has grown from a traditional firm into a cutting-edge precision outfit – serving customers all around the world from its triple-unit base in Gloucester.
1992
Founded by John Williams, Glyn Evans and Barrie Evans, JGB Engineering came to life in Merchants Road.
1998
Rapid growth and an upgrade required - JGB moves to larger premises at Corelin Road.
2009
Investments in advanced machinery, capacity increased, outputs improved, and another move – Units 18/19 at Mill Place.
2019
Following a successful management buy-out, the next generation takes the reins, leading JGB into a new era.
2025
Units 18/19 becomes
Units 17/18/19, as the company explodes in growth under new leadership.
