Built around your equipment. Built for where it lives.
Durable, resistant, functional enclosures – built to work and built to last.

Our bespoke enclosures are engineered to protect critical equipment in demanding operational settings. Each unit is designed around its contents – considering ventilation, access, load requirements, and installation constraints from the outset. These aren't standard boxes, we design and fabricate enclosures that suit the application precisely, whether they’re housing mechanical plant, electrical systems, or specialist equipment. Materials, finishes, and structural details are selected to match the environment they’ll operate in.
- Plant Housings – Secure enclosures for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Acoustic Enclosures – Designed to reduce operational noise without restricting performance.
- Weatherproof Units – Built to withstand external exposure and varying conditions.
- Access-Controlled Cabinets – Lockable units designed around operational security requirements.
- Ventilated Enclosures – Integrated airflow solutions for temperature-sensitive equipment.
- Modular Enclosures – Sectioned designs for transport and on-site assembly.
- Heavy-Duty Protective Casings – Reinforced structures for high-risk or high-traffic environments.
We begin by understanding what the enclosure needs to achieve. Equipment dimensions, service access, airflow, loading, and environmental conditions are all reviewed in detail. Installation constraints are considered early to avoid rework later.
Drawings are developed to reflect both function and manufacture. Access panels, ventilation, structural supports, and fixing points are integrated into the design. Where compliance or operational standards apply, these are built into the specification.
The enclosure is fabricated using controlled processes and verified materials. Dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and component alignment are checked throughout. If assembly is required, it is carried out in-house to maintain control.
Completed enclosures are inspected against drawings and functional requirements. Doors, panels, and access points are checked for fit and operation. Units are prepared for finishing and delivery in a way that supports efficient installation.
Your enclosure questions, answered
Specifying metalwork isn't always straightforward. Here are the questions we hear most often — and the honest answers.
Either. If you've got full production drawings, we'll review them for manufacturability and get straight to work. If you're starting with a rough concept or a set of internal components that need housing, our design team will develop the enclosure around them — accounting for access, ventilation, cable routing, and whatever else the application demands.
We offer powder coating in any standard RAL colour, along with galvanising and other protective finishes depending on the environment. If your enclosure needs to withstand outdoor exposure, washdown areas, or harsh industrial conditions, we'll spec the right material and finish combination to suit. Tell us where it's going and what it needs to survive, and we'll work backwards from there.
That's the point of bespoke. Off-the-shelf enclosures work until they don't — odd ceiling heights, restricted access, existing fixings that can't move, services running where the standard unit wants to sit. We design and fabricate to your exact dimensions and site constraints, so the enclosure fits the space rather than the other way round.
