Airflow managed. Performance maintained.
Fabricated extraction systems designed for performance, durability, and compliance. Designed to integrate cleanly with plant, structure, and services. Built to work, built to last.

Our extraction systems are engineered to manage airflow efficiently within demanding operational environments. Each system is fabricated to suit the specific application – considering volume, pressure, routing constraints, and installation conditions from the outset. We manufacture ductwork, housings, support structures, and associated metal components with close attention to fit and performance. Interfaces with existing plant and building structures are reviewed early to prevent site modification or disruption.
- Ductwork Fabrication – Straight runs, bends, and transitionsmanufactured to specification.
- Extraction Housings – Protective casings for fans and associatedequipment.
- Support Frameworks – Structural supports designed for suspended orfloor-mounted systems.
- Modular Sections– Fabricated units prepared for phased installation.
- Access Panels – Integrated maintenance access built into the system.
- Heavy-Duty Systems – Reinforced construction for high-demandenvironments.
- Retrofit Components – Fabricated elements designed to integrate withexisting systems.
We review system requirements, airflow specifications, routing constraints, and environmental conditions. Installation access and structural interfaces are confirmed early.
Technical drawings are developed to reflect performance and practical fabrication. Jointing methods, support requirements, and access provisions are incorporated into the design. Coordination with other services is considered where relevant.
Duct sections, housings, and structural elements are manufactured using controlled fabrication processes. Dimensional accuracy and alignment are monitored throughout production. Components are prepared to minimise on-site modification.
Completed sections are inspected against drawings and performance expectations. Interfaces and fixing points are checked before dispatch. Units are prepared for safe transport and efficient installation.
Your extraction system questions, answered
Specifying metalwork isn't always straightforward. Here are the questions we hear most often — and the honest answers.
We can do both. If your M&E consultant has already designed the system and you need the ductwork and components fabricated to their spec, we'll work from their drawings. If you need us to design the system from scratch — sizing, routing, capture velocities, material selection — we can do that too. Either way, we'll flag anything in the design that could cause problems during fabrication or installation before we start cutting metal.
Yes. We regularly fabricate extraction ductwork and components for environments governed by COSHH regulations, HSE guidance on LEV systems, and sector-specific standards. That includes NHS clinical environments, MoD workshops, and industrial facilities handling fumes, dust, or particulates. We'll work to whatever standard your project demands and provide the documentation to prove it.
Always. An extraction system that works perfectly on day one but can't be inspected, cleaned, or maintained is a liability. We design with access panels, removable sections, and clearance for LEV testing built in from the start. If space is tight — and it usually is — we'll route the system to balance airflow performance with practical access for whoever has to maintain it after handover.
