Hospitality Trailers & Kiosks

Your operation on wheels — or wherever you need it.

Fabricated trailers and kiosks designed for operational reliability and daily demand. Designed around equipment, services, and real-world working conditions. Built to work, built to last.

Common Features
Built for the demands of daily service

Our hospitality trailers and kiosks are engineered as working environments, not just structures. Each unit is designed around the equipment it houses, the services it requires, and the operational flow it must support. Structural integrity, weight distribution, ventilation, access, and durability are considered from the outset. We fabricate frameworks, housings, and internal metal elements to ensure the finished unit performs reliably in high-use settings.

  • Mobile Catering Trailers – Structural frames and housings built fortransport and repeated deployment.
  • Static Kiosks – Fixed units designed for permanent or semi-permanentinstallation.
  • Equipment Integration – Fabricated structures built around cooking, refrigeration, and service systems.
  • Service Counters & Access Points – Designed for efficient workflowand customer interaction.
  • Ventilated Canopies & Housings – Integrated extraction andairflow-ready structures.
  • Modular Units – Sectioned builds for simplified transport and on-siteassembly.
  • Refurbishment & Structural Modifications – Strengthening, alteration, or reconfiguration of existing units.
Process Timeline

We begin by understanding operational requirements – equipment layout, service connections, mobility, and usage levels. Structural loading and weight considerations are assessed early. Clear definition here ensures the finished unit functions as intended.

Technical drawings are developed around structural integrity and workflow. Access points, ventilation, reinforcement, and fixing details are incorporated into the design. Integration with third-party equipment is coordinated carefully.

Frames, panels, housings, and structural elements are fabricated using controlled processes. Alignment, dimensional accuracy, and reinforcement points are checked throughout manufacture. Where required, assemblies are built and verified in-house.

Completed units are inspected against specification and operational requirements. Structural stability, access features, and integration points are confirmed before dispatch. Units are prepared for transport and straightforward installation or deployment.

FAQs

Your trailer and kiosk questions, answered

Specifying metalwork isn't always straightforward. Here are the questions we hear most often — and the honest answers.

Can you build to our brand spec, or do you work from standard templates?

Everything is bespoke. We don't have a catalogue of off-the-shelf units — every trailer and kiosk is designed and fabricated around your brand, your menu, and your operational requirements. If you've got detailed drawings from your architect or interior designer, we'll build to those. If you've got a concept and some brand guidelines, we'll develop the design with you from there.

Are your units built to meet food hygiene and safety regulations?

Yes. We fabricate with food-safe materials, hygienic finishes, and proper drainage where required. If the unit needs to comply with local authority food hygiene requirements, gas safety regulations, or electrical certification standards, we'll design it with those in mind from the start. We've built units that need to pass inspection on day one, not units that need reworking before they can trade.

How are the units transported and installed on site?

We design with logistics in mind from the outset. Trailers are built to be road-towable to your venue or event. Kiosks are fabricated in sections that can be transported by standard vehicles and assembled on site quickly, with minimal groundwork. If you're operating across multiple locations or events, we'll design for repeated assembly and disassembly without the structure degrading over time.
