Refrigerated section - Insulated box bodies
 Built to fit vehicle chassis from 3.5 tonnes up to 17 tonnes Coldtrail refrigerated bodies are all individually designed, and available with a choice of rear and side options.
Aesthetically pleasing to look at, with exceptional durability, and class leading payloads, Coldtrail bodies are an extremely cost effective solution to refrigeration distribution.
Manufactured using lightweight multi element vacuum pressed panels, Coldtrail bodies are both rigid and posses good torsional strength.
At the heart of our panels is an R.T.M Styrofoam insulated core. Especially designed for transport use, it has an exceptional good insulation qualities or K-factor, which allows Coldtrail bodies to meet ATP class C for frozen goods (-20°C), and ATP class A for chilled goods (+3°C).
 High gloss GRP skins is used on the inner and outer surfaces of the panels, to give a smooth, hygienic and easy clean surface. The overall is further enhanced by the use of white powder coated aluminium capping, and no visible external body fixings, to give a smooth joint free finish.
 Designed to last, only non-corrosive materials, such as stainless steel and aluminium, are used in the construction of Coldtrail bodies, and with the use of GRP on all the main surfaces, maintenance is keep to a minimum.
